Merge Multiple Job Area Lines

Goal

Merge multiple job area lines, that are housed in multiple positions, into a single line and thus allocate a single position to it.

Procedure

The merging in question can be achieved quite easily. Via the Location Allocation Jobs page, the lines that need to be merged should be selected or highlighted first. Then, the Merge selections action, in the Job Area Line FastTab should be pressed.

To merge the lines successfully, the following data of all selected lines must match:

1. Job No..
2. Production Phase.
3. Sorting Code.
4. Position Code.

In addition, the following conditions must be met:

1. No job mutation entry must exist.
2. The status should be Planned.
