☆	Advanced Prpayments	95264		Agriware 365 Prepayment has been made compatible with US/Canadian Sales Tax functionality. Based on the Tax Area Code of the Customer and the Tax Group Code of the Item on the first Sales Line, the corresponding VAT % is used to create the Prepayment Invoice. Since the Prepayment is bound to the header of the Sales Order, to allow certain flexibility in Sales Line changes, there can only be one Tax Group Code on the Sales Order. It should contain either Taxable or Non-taxable Items, not a mix. Known issue: It is currently not possible to have a Prepayment amount higher than the final Invoice. This could happen if the Sales Quantity is corrected to a Quantity less than the prepaid amount. This will be resolved in a later version of Agriware 365.		[MAWF24.1.13][MAWF25.1.8]
☆	Job Management	103071		This update introduces a Job Type Code field in the Planning Group table and related pages. Thus, when users enter the correct Job Type Code in the Planning Group, it populates the Production Plan with the same value by default. ⚠	Inventory Management	103268		The Item Journal Line should be deleted after inventory adjustments have been created and posted using the Adjust Lot Inventory report via the Lot No. Information Card. However, it was still visible unduly. This has been resolved.	[MAW24.1.13][MAW25.1.8]

⚠	Job Planning	103562		Previously, when a Seed Job was planned across two different Sections, it appeared correctly in the Inspect app. However, upon registering the Work Order related to the Female, the Job would disappear from the Section where the Male-related Activities were planned. ⚠	Platform	101961		When the Released Jobs were Reopened, a deactivation request for the related Lot was sent to Operations. ⚠	Sales	103498		Previously, when the Item Reference No. was populated using the AssistEdit feature on the Sales Order page, the Shortcut Properties were not updated. This has been resolved.	[MAW24.1.13][MAW25.1.8]

⚠	Work Management	103858		The logic to update the status of Work Orders based on the Create Partial Work Order field in the Activities has been revised. Thus, if set to Ask, the Work Order status will always be set to Completed when it is received as Closed from Operations. In all other cases, it will be set to Approved. Further, a validation has been introduced to prevent conflicting configurations. The Post Work Orders Upon Receipt from App field cannot be set to true if Create Partial Work Order is set to Ask, and vice versa.	[MAWA24.1.13][MAWA25.1.8]

☆	Floriday	100437	Previously, the Logistic Label was only fetched from Floriday when the Send EAB & Print PAB action was used. Given that the Logistic Labels are generated at Floriday, and that printing is not required sometimes, the Logistic Label will now be fetched when the Send EAB action is performed. ☆	Item Availability	102557	A new Aggregate at Item Level feature (Boolean) has been introduced to the Item Availability View header. It allows users to specify Item Availability Views for comparing Sales Forecasts, set at the Item level, with the Production Forecast, which is more detailed at the Variant level within the Item. ☆	Job Management	101081	Release Note: Activity-to-Posting Type Synchronization for Pre-Sticking (Beekenkamp & General Support) Release Date: April 26, 2025 Component: BC App (Backend Support) Reference: #101081 ("1d") App Counterpart to: PBI 98205 GH - BKG - Item consumption tasks without Result lines Summary: The support for synchronizing the Posting Type defined in Agriware 365 Activities has been implemented, enabling the system to determine the appropriate action based on the Posting Type logic. Additionally, the Specific Job Mutation Tracking Boolean in Activity synchronization payloads has been included to support future control over Item over-consumption. This value is optional (nullable) to maintain backward compatibility for existing Customers and avoid requiring re-enqueueing of existing Activities. What is Included Activity / Posting Type Synchronization: Activities in Agriware 365 can now include a Posting Type field, used by external systems (like GH) to determine how to handle the Activity: Posting Type: None - Item Consumption only, no result lines. Posting Type: Transfer/Addition, Flush - Full processing with item consumption and/or inventory put-away. 1) The Posting Type field is nullable: 1.1) Maintains full compatibility for Customers not on BC24/25. 1.2) Avoids forcing the re-enqueueing or breaking changes for existing integrations. 2) Enables accurate and consistent logic delegation based on Activity configuration. Future-Proofing: Overconsumption Safeguard Foundation 1) Introduces a new Boolean field: Specific Job Mutation Tracking. 1.1) Included with Activity data (sent via interface). 1.2) Defaults to null to preserve backward compatibility. 1.3) Prepares the system for future enhancements related to limiting overconsumption in item consumption scenarios. Related Release This update is the backend companion to the GH-side release (Jira: [link to previous ticket]) delivered on April 23, 2025, which implemented the frontend and operational logic for processing prep-sticking activities and standalone item consumption. Consequently, users can now view data on Activity Scheme information and Area Line information. ☆	Sales	102909	Until now, a Sales Shipment Posting could not lead to an Output Posting if the Output Planning field was set to Per Activity on the Activity Scheme page. ☆	Platform	90878	Retention Policies, by default, delete just 10,000 records at a time. However, this is totally inadequate when millions of records are involved in a table. Henceforth, for all applicable Agriware 365 tables, a new Retention Policy has been created without any limits to the number of records: it continues until all Expired Records are deleted. It is a three-step process: 1. Let the worksheet suggest Price Lists subject to specific criteria. 2. Create Price Lists based on the suggestions. 3. Activate the Price Lists. The worksheet shows any errors occurring during the process. Further, this functionality also includes a retention policy.
